If kimchi is your thing, do not hesitate to stock up. If kimchi is new to you, it is Korean fermented cabbage, chili powder (gochugaru) and other fresh vegetables. Not sauerkraut, but in the same vein.
Ken's Kimchi really goes with everything: kimchi scrambled eggs, kimchi pancakes, kimchi jigae (stew), kimchi fried rice, as a condiment with salad, in your next go-to weeknight rice bowl. Bubba Gump style, I could go on and on.
